Coilhose Pneumatics manufactures nylon coils from tough, abrasion-resistant nylon material. Nylon offers a large temperature range of -60 to 200 deg F and a higher working pressure. The stiffness of nylon also creates a high retraction force, allowing for the coils to store quickly out of the workspace. Coilhose Pneumatics nylon coils are equipped with strong brass fittings that are machined in house out of quality brass hex stock. All assemblies (except 3/4 in units) are equipped with a spring guard to prevent kinking at the fitting.
